Matthew T. Ostrow, B.A., LL.B.

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German from the University of British Columbia in 2005. He then went on to the University of Alberta to obtain his Bachelor of Laws degree, graduating in 2010. During law school, Matthew was heavily involved as an actor in the annual Law Show theatrical production and also with Student Legal Services, where he appeared before provincial court many times. Before relocating to the Okanagan and joining Pihl Law Corporation as an articled student, he worked as a summer student with the Alberta Municipal Government Board in Edmonton. Matthew was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2011 and joined Pihl Law Corporation as an associate with a view to develop a general civil litigation and family law practice. During his free time, Matthew enjoys swimming, golfing and acting in community plays. Present professional association memberships include the Canadian Bar Association and Kelowna Bar Association.
