BRIAN C. REA, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A.Brian was born in Saskatchewan and grew up in Ontario. He obtained a B.A. (Economics) at the University of Western Ontario before moving west to attend the University of British Columbia. At the University of British Columbia, Brian was one of the first graduates from the combined LL.B and MBA Program, obtaining both degrees in 1991. After articling, Brian was called to the bar in 1992 and worked in Vancouver for two years before moving to Kelowna and joining the firm of Pihl & Associates in 1993. Brian practices as a litigator with emphasis on personal injury claims, insurance law and commercial litigation. Brian has represented clients in numerous actions before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. |
